Cranberry-Orange Sauce

As I’ve mentioned before, I’m a big fan of the cranberries.  I love to eat cranberry sauce year-round on bread puddings, roast chicken or pork, and my ever-present turkey sandwiches for lunch.  This is easy to prepare and can be made several days in advance.  That’s always nice during the holidays.  A client of mine said they taste “just like her mother’s”, no better compliment than that!
